I wish to state that I have found Christopher to be extremely helpful in helping me to see some of the issues that I had been struggling with in a better perspective. For example, Christopher, helped me to see clearly that while we are all given the opportunity to make plans we must be careful to not plan outcomes.

It is the planning of an outcome that so frequently lead to major disappointments and sometimes to depression. Coming to understand this with Christopher's help has helped me to overcome some of the unhappiness I was experiencing when I did not get the results I desired from actions that I was taking.
